Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For standard products, a return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returns are also accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.
  • Certain products are non-returnable, such as customized or special-order items (e.g., large-scale battery containers and cold room systems) unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications, as well as items without proof of purchase, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email or phone with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return. Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific instructions. Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a Chongo DC error or product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection & Refunds

Once the returned product is received, our quality control team will inspect it within 5 business days. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.

International Returns

For returns from the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return freight costs unless the return is due to our error. All international returns must comply with local import/export regulations. Shipping timelines for replacements or exchanges may be longer due to customs processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
